All sales are final.

Due to the custom handling, packaging requirements, and hygiene/safety considerations of our illuminated reading products, LumaLeaf™ does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or general dissatisfaction once an item has been shipped.


This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, unused, and safe lighting product. Because our acrylic light panels and LED components can be damaged, scratched, or compromised once opened, we cannot resell returned items under any circumstance.

 

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Provide the following so our team can assist you quickly:


• Clear photos or video showing the issue

• Your order number

• Your full name and email


Once verified, we will send a free replacement immediately.


 

 

Lost or Missing Packages

 

If your package is lost in transit, we will work directly with the courier to locate it.

If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no charge.
