Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Australia: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

• Your order number

• Photos or video showing the issue (if damaged)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when eligible.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery.
